TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The “Participating Entities” includes all participating stores, client operations, shops and online platforms.

These Terms and Conditions read together with our Privacy Policy and all other rules or polices that are made available on our various platforms constitute a written agreement between Adult Luxury and you (“you” and “user”) and will govern our relationship and your use of our Rewards Program.  When we refer to “Services”, we mean any products, goods, services, functionality offered, owned or operated by Adult Luxury Group.

General

The Adult Luxury Rewards program is a multi-partner reward program operated on behalf of all participating entities (“Adult Luxury”).

Only persons who are 18 years or older are eligible to sign up for the Adult Luxury Rewards program.

Valid positive and acceptable forms of identification might be required. Photographic images of Adult Luxury Rewards members may be required for inclusion into the e-commerce system. Copies of each of these documents may be retained by the participating entities if needed.

At Adult Luxury, we value our customers and strive to provide them with the best possible experience. As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and quality, we reserve the right to make changes to our loyalty program at our sole discretion.

This includes the right to amend points status or withdraw points if necessary. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate a member’s participation in the program if they are found to be in violation of the terms and conditions, such as not meeting the qualification criteria. We take these measures seriously in order to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all of our Adult Luxury Rewards members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding the integrity of our loyalty program.

The point status is determined by the Adult Luxury Rewards member’s activity in all aspects of the Adult Luxury Rewards program.

It is the Adult Luxury Rewards member’s responsibility to insert the points into electronic platform.

The points remain the property of Adult Luxury, and it reserves the right to adjust or edit or delete points.

Program participation, rewards and benefits are not transferable. Points are limited to one per person, per participating order.

Specific terms and conditions apply to individual rewards, benefits and special offers. Furthermore, Adult Luxury reserves the right without

consultation with rewards members or any prior approval thereof, to amend the terms and conditions for programme participation, including but not limited to alliance with other programmes. Equally rewards, benefits, points earned, special offers, awards, expiry periods and rates at which points are earned may be amended.

Adult Luxury Rewards members may be required to present their points together with a positive and acceptable form of identification when utilizing their points for certain transactions and/or claiming of prizes, special offers or redeeming of vouchers.

Complimentary services are extended to one Adult Luxury Rewards member at the relevant entity’s discretion.

Members are required to notify the relevant participating entity of any changes in address or personal details, either in writing or in person at the Customer Service Desk.

Adult Luxury Rewards members without any activity in areas of Adult Luxury Rewards program that generate points earning for a significant period of time will not be considered for special offers and benefits. In addition, program participation may be terminated accordingly.

Further terms, conditions and rules may be applicable from time to time, which will be specific to the promotional offering. Adult Luxury Rewards members may visit the Adult Luxury Rewards program for the latest terms, conditions and rules that may be applicable to Adult Luxury Rewards program and specific promotional offers.

Adult luxury Rewards members have the option to choose whether or not they want to receive marketing communications from Adult Luxury Group by opting out at any time. This can be done by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link in email communication or replying with STOP to opt out of SMS communication.

However, it is important to note that a reasonable period of time should be allowed for the Adult Luxury Group to process and give effect to the opt-out request. This means that during the transitional period, the member may continue to receive marketing communication from the group. Nonetheless, the option to opt out at any time gives Adult Luxury Rewards members control over their personal information and allows them to decide what type of communication they want to receive from the group. This demonstrates a commitment from Adult Luxury Group to respect the privacy and choices of its members.

Adult luxury Group reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel Adult Luxury Rewards program at any time with prior notice. In addition, the use of points and/or benefits may be suspended from time to time with notice thereof.

The participating entity will be recording information relating to the Adult Luxury Rewards member each time the points is utilized for Adult Luxury Rewards program purposes. The recorded information will be utilized by the participating entity to reward Adult Luxury Rewards members accordingly and to further obtain and process information for historical, statistical and research purposes.

Such information will be retained for a period that is appropriate to serve the legitimate business interests of Adult Luxury Group.

Reward participants provide express consent to Adult Luxury Group for the processing and further processing of their personal and special personal information for lawful purposes as set out in Protection of Personal Information Act, to enable Adult Luxury Group to sign up participants to the Adult Luxury Rewards points and gifts manage the functions associated. Refer to the Adult Luxury Privacy Policy for information regarding personal information collected from participants, including the purpose for which information is collected and the further processing of participants’ personal information. Requests for the deletion, amendment or updating of personal information should be made in writing by the data subject.

Program participants indemnify and hold harmless, Adult Luxury Group, its subsidiaries, management and employees against any legal action, claim or suit, including but not limited to non-compliance in respect of consent requirements.

General:

Points

Points can be earned for your spend at participating Adult Luxury online and in-store shops.

Points at participating Adult Luxury Rewards entities are transferable between all participating entities on all Adult Luxury groups e-commerce sites.

Points are valid for 12 months from first date of issue, after which period they expire. Unused points older than 12 months will be forfeited.

The accumulation of points by other persons on behalf of the registered Adult Luxury Rewards member is expressly prohibited and is grounds for termination of programme participation and forfeiture of points and benefits.


100 x Adult Luxury Rewards points = 1 x South African Rand.

Rewards Benefits & Offers

Qualifying criteria for offers and benefits of the Adult Luxury Rewards programme shall be commensurate with the activity status of the Adult Luxury Rewards member.

Partner reward programmes linked to Adult Luxury Rewards programme operate independently, subject to their own terms and conditions.

Adult Luxury shall not be liable for any loss (including loss of income), injury, death and/or damages of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising, including negligence on the part of Adult Luxury, which may occur as the

result of the use of any products, goods or services offered by partner programmes.

Earned Rewards

Rewards can be earned for your spend at participating entities.

The required number of points must be earned over a specific period to qualify for rewards.

Rewards are restricted to the periods and offering as advertised. The reward is neither transferable nor shall it be replaced if it is lost or stolen.

Rewards cannot be redeemed for anything other than what the reward relates to and no change will be given.

A minimum of 72-hours shall pass from the time of the reward being earned and the time that it becomes available for redemption.

The reward will be available for collection at the eHost or App within the dates specified in for the offer.

All other standard Adult Luxury Rewards programme terms and conditions apply in addition to the above
